That's exactly what I did! Took about 7 hours from start to test drive but it's doing great! I'll upload a video tomorrow. Didn't beat it yet just a couple 3rd gear pulls up to 5500rpm and about 6psi. Mostly because Its dark and I'm at the point of tiredness where I screw something up or overlook something. Loaded my emergency tools up and it's going to work tomorrow!

Thanks guys it feels so good to roll into work with the cutout open and cam chopping without all the smoke like last Thursday.

 

hahaha. I know how you feel. I leave my cutout open all the time. it sounds so choppy

 

So I made it to work and back plus some errands, all is well. Only thing I notice is that during downshift compression braking it smokes a good bit out of the exhaust. Other than that nothing.
