Keep in mind how a 60 works, it has to apply and release and setting shift time below .25 can cause tie up. On a stock trans I doubt it will shift fast enough to do it but still not the greatest idea. Are pressures stock? Throw a shift kit in.

in the 60s ive tuned that are built i run them at zero....

for some wondering everyone knew of skeets that handled over 600 rwhp for many yrs

have others with it at zero making power and lasting but other tables are adjusted to go along with that zero'd out table

I have been wondering the same thing. My previous comment/question may have gotten looked over.

I didn't see if he happened to check his fuel pressure in that RPM range. I was having a pinging issue awhile back after doing exhaust CAI and 93 tune. Turns out the stock pump wasnt able to keep up from 4500rpm and up and pressure would drop off. Dropped in a racetronix walbro 255 kit and no issues since.

So im wondering if the stock pump is just starting to go?

Im not sure what you have going on compared to Jarrett, but mine would ping from about 4,000rpm and up. I can't remember if it was pulling timing or showing KR though. That was before I had EFI Live and did my own data logging.
