A self-done custom tune, AIRAID intake tube, K&N filter, JET MAF, better plugs and wires, velocity stack, custom flowmaster 70 catback, cutout bottom of stock airbox, and JBA shorty headers got my 03 Avalanche with the 5.3 to 10.6 in the 1/8. I don't think I'm getting much at all out of the MAF, and wouldn't recommend it unless you custom tune to it. Adding a higher stall Trailblazer torque converter and custom ram air setup got me to 10.3. Soon I'll see what a cam can do.
