A buddy of mine, It had already been built but somrthing let go in it last time i was out messing around, actually on the way to the shop to swap the engine, lol
I just hope to get it runing soon!

Would anybody have a tune to were I could ge it started and then start tunning form there?

Now I am debating if I should pull the heads off and inspect the engine or if i should just run it the way it is, what shoudl I do?
Could anybody help me out with the tune?

If you're not sure about the motor, why not pull heads to inspect piston head surface & cylinder walls, etc? Gaskets aren't very expensive. Just make sure you put 'em on correctly, and you'll be fine. Gotta put the cam & springs in the 6.0 (if not done already). That's always easiest to do while out.

Probably get more help in the tuning forum. I dont know if my tune for a bolt on 5.3 will help you but if you want to get a look at it like we talked about shoot me a PM.

I would pull it apart and check it out. Gaskets are the auto parts store are like 12 bucks each. plus you can get some carb cleaner and clean it out.

Well I finall had sometime and removed my engine and trans last night!! 4-1/2 hrs later I have much lighter truck, why did I think of this wieght reduction mod, lol
I will drop the tranny off today to get it rebuilt.
I should start working on the 6.0 and installing all the new parts on it tomorrow -hopefully!
I am ready to have it running again, been down since 12-1-06
