Hey Pacesetter's are great headers for the price, from what I been told. I personally went with ASM L/T's and I'll be the first to say that the headers are really nice. I've had them fr about 10 months and they sill look very good, I also have not had no problems with exaust leaks and they fit very well. They gave my truck a lot deeper tone, but they are more expensive than the Pacesetter's. Both of these headers are pretty much tit for tat, I just believe you get what you pay for lil better quality.

Not trying to single you out here. But Ive seen alot of bad on the ASM's. Both f-body and truck.

If the PaceSetters LT's where out back when everyone was getting the ASM's ALOT more people would have gotten the PaceSetters. I can tell you this and it might be what your sources are thinking-but Ive heard that in the PAST Pacesetters where known for bneing a cheap product but that isnt the case with the Truck LT's. They really stepped up. I just put some on a few months ago and I love the. I cant comment on their Y-Pipe becuase im not running cats but I dont remember seeing anyone with issues.

Pacesetters are junk cause they WONT FIT 4X4's yet... i wish they would make some that did!

if they fit 4x4 then i woulda got a set for the bang for the buck.. for for us 4x4 guys we are stuck with togs, ASM's, dynatechs, and thorleys
