Question 5.3 to 6.0 LY6 swap 09 GMC Sierra

as some of you know a blew the 5.3 and bought an LY6 6.0, well, today as i was cleaning the engine and checking the block/ rotating , i found that the pistons have some very low but noticable play when you push them from front to back,
also the rod bearings look like they have a little ware , should i change that too?
the last thing is that the first cam bearing have copper colored spots, change or leave?

here are the pics:

Piston clearance is measure on the skirts and the bore. Rocking the piston not mean nothing. Measure the pistons and bore.

bore is stock 4.00" the pistons are STD 6.0 pistons, nothing was done to the internals of the motor not even a slight mark of unbolting the con rods

CYlinder walls should be honed and new rings installed on the pistons. Some people have successfully reused original rings but the chance that they dont seat is too big for me. You can get a factory set of rings for 150, cheap insurance.

is it ok to use a 400 grit flex hone to do that by my self?
they say that 15-20 strokes with that will give the same result as a machin shop, with 1/2 the cost and faster
