I think Cody is doing just fine. Plus all his little issues are helping everyone who reads to avoid these same issues. Hes taking one for the team. Like when he takes the hot chics fat friend.

Yelo I know you arent trying to cause trouble and all the way you came off makes it seems that way. I know and everyone knows that grinding on the crank is not a smart idea I thought I didnt have any time. Hindsight is 20/20 and well I SHOULD have went ahead and said "Well I guess Ill go ahead and wait and send it to the shop". The fact of this being the machine shops first LSX engine is a moot poin. The rods are SBC rods, the crnak has a reluctor wheel on it only diff from the old ****, pistons are shallow skir lightweight pistons that they ahve dealt with before for other apps. Boring/honing the block is the same for an LSX motor than a SBC or BBC. For the last time guys I know grinding on the crank was a bad idea and a few people did warn me that it wasnt a bright idea but I needed to get back to TX to register for school, get my apartment lined out, and get my new job lined out so I took some short cuts and its biting me in the *** end of story
Thanks guys for the props preciate it

The last thing I will say is, and had said before, If I had had more time to spend with Cody during the build I doubt any of these problems would have even been discussed on here(on second thought, Cody is a post *****). I have been working a lot here lately and would usually check in on Cody before I went into work or after I got off. I work a 12.5hr rotating swing shift. He did a jam up job pretty much on his own. After this experience and a few others I have learned that I will never "help" someone on a large project again at my place. I have been burned bad in the past. People can pay me to do everything from ordering parts, leg work, brain work, etc. or I won't be envolved at all. The headache is jsut too much on me and the wife. Oh, and there won't be any time pressure if i'm the one f****** the goat. Someone else can just hold it's head. Cody gave me some parts and some dough for the light bill and other shop use things which I never asked for. He has been pleasent to work with and a good friend.
Thanks for the compliments guys. Maybe we will hear this ***** run before long
