Glad to here you got the new engine up and running!

I feel for you on the ticket!...I almost got one while breaking in the new 383... CHP pulled me over while I was on my way to the gas station....said I was going WOT while getting on the freeway as I layed down just a tad of rubber on the on-ramp after the light turned green....but officer I was only giving it about 20% throttle! He looked over my truck and saw the supercharged emblems on the fenders...said he'd give me a break this time and too also remove my front window tint as it is not a fix-it ticket anylonger but a $130 fine! I find that most CHP are cool if you respect them!

Hey, I tried the cal-tracks and they did not work on my 4WD...I called them directly and they said I was the first one to try them on a 4x4... (this was about 3 years ago) in the beginning they told me that they should work but they did not in my case...they said they work much better on a 2WD truck....reason I got the Procomp traction bars but you must have some 3-4" lift blocks or these will not work well either...since removing my rear add-a-leafs and installing 3" lift blocks the traction bars work great without any wheel hop as I was getting before!

I know Guy at AFR runs them on his 12 sec 4x4 Duramax and loves them not sure what he had to do to make them work but might be worth a call if you are thinkin about it.
