I have a tr 220 and its a great cam in a 5.3 I think.. Most tr220 setups make like 325-340 at the rear wheels...

Would it be good to get the whole cam kit with the tr220?

Couple questions...

I have a 2006 5.3 with 128k miles on it.

I'm soon going to be putting a lunati cam into my truck (Voodoo Hydraulic Roller Cam - GM LS GEN III/IV 267/273 - Lunati Power) it has .549 lift on intake and exhaust, and since I have to upgrade my valve springs as well, I'm going ahead and putting new lifters in as well.

all of this with a tune what should I be getting for rear wheel power?

It's 2wd by the way.
