So if I want to order, I will order just the TrueTrac and the ring gear ?

You'll need a master rebuild kit for a GM 10 bolt, make sure you find one specific to your year. I think they vary in years so you if you buy one not specific you may be missing some parts.
I'd also find a 4x4 shop to do the work.
Good luck and good luck with the swap to, I'm looking to do the same with my Tahoe, 5.3 to 6.0 bored out to a 6.2
My car its not 4x4, its Rear wheel drive. If I go to the 4x4 shop, are they have the parts ?
So what I should order now ? just the TrueTrac and the Kit ? or what .. and thanks !

Find some shady shop, get shady work.
You definitely get what you pay for and you don't want to mess with your rear end. Unless you have experience working on them.
I will go there and I will see what they have exactly. thanks.

Mine is also 2wd/rear wheel drive.

You will have to either call or go in and se what the shop has available. If
they have great if not they will order it for you.

Make sure they get vehicle specific parts.

4x4 shops typically do gear and LS swaps on a daily basis, that is why I suggested going to one. I went to East Coast Gear Supply in Raleigh, all they have is crawlers and lifter trucks, haha. Great service and quality work.

Good luck and post up some updates when your done.

Where are from, if you don't mind me asking?

Good find E$

If you dont have experience installing gearsets and bearings, they require special tools and measuring devices that will end up costing more than what a shop will charge to install them, my suggestion would be to have them installed....
