Exclamation 4.8 swap to 6.2, some help!

Whats up everyone.
I already have a 2008 Silverado single cab with 4.8 engine 4L60, RWD . It's just has a corsa exhaust . I want to swap for 6.2 Corvette engine.
What should I change to can use my car everyday and anytime?
also I have another problem. When I drive my car it has a whine in the diff.
So I wanna fix it but I don't know what the problem. It's happen only while moving from 40 to 80 mile . It goes away when I let up on the gas.
Sorry if my language is not perfect enough But I hope you understand me
If anyone can help me I appreciate it.

And also one more question. If I put a 4.10 truetrac posi in the diff, it will solve the problem or no ? and thanks !

Which corvette engine are you planning to put in?

As for the noise in the rear end, i would try to isolate the noise, before swapping anything into it, the best way would be to lift the rear tires off the ground block the front wheels, put the truck in gear and accelerate and use a mechanics stethoscope to try to pinpoint the noise..... The spot that is the loudest will be where the noise is originating from... Also check the u joints.....

It's Ls3 engine.
So you said I can not solve it 'till I find the problem.
If I put the new engine, the diff will break ?
And what about the transmission ?

Sounds exactly like mine a few years ago when all of the bearings went at about the same time. I was told most of that whine was the pinion but, it acted just like that. especially on the highway on and off throttle. ended up doing every bearing, ring and pinion (chipped bad from the play), and both shafts.
