BS! My ATI charged 4.8 has only run high 13's to low 14's with a 4.10 gear, 3000 converter and LS-1 edit. Blow some sunshine somewhere else. <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />

whoa!!!! i hear it too! CRAZY! haha <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

hey thunder, if you think the 5.3L is almost as good as the 4.8L thats your opinion. but expect flames every time u bring something up about it because the dyno and track numbers prove you wrong. if you dont wanna hear people saying what is really true then just dont bring it up.

i believe it was something like a 13rwhp difference and a 30(or more?) rwtq difference between a bone stock 4.8 and 5.3 same year, gear, etc... with mods it gets worse. but yah, i guess they are close lol

Yeah Thunder... I'd love to see some personal basis for some of your arguments. I know this thread it old and done, but there is a pretty big noticable difference between the 4.8 and 5.3's.
Really Slow Truck... just backin you up on this man, seeing all the posts you have made that were fully correct.
