First thing is, what year 4.3?

Second, you didn't say what those codes were that you pulled. Can't fix something on one of these until you know why it's running lean. Bad O2 sensor? Injector problems? MAF problems? The list can go on and on.

With hesitation and running lean, it might be something as simple as a fuel filter being clogged or even the screen in the tank being obstructed.

Can you give us what the codes mean?

p0151=low o2 voltage sensor 1 bank 2
p0143=low o2 voltage sensor 3 bank 1
p0131=low o2 voltage sensor 1 bank 1
p0174=fuel trim system lean bank 2
p0171=fuel trim system lean

try the obvious. does it idle ok but lacks power under throttle? if so, your fuel filter is probably clogged. how is your fuel pressure after that? pump going bad? clogged fuel sock? is it port fuel or throttle body injected? what year is it?
