Default 4.10 question

i am not too knowledgeable on truck internals. so it may sound like a stupid question. if i change my 3.73 gears to a 4.10, how does that affect the truck when i switch to 4wd? is the any modifications i need to do to the front differentials?

also, how do you like the 4.10 gears? is it worth the $$$? how much is a good price? would it be a good mod with a TC?

you will need to change the front diff over to 4.10's too...if you don't the front wheels and the rear wheels will be turning at different speeds when in 4x4...and that's BAD

the change from 3.73's to 4.10's in my opinion is not worth the price that you will pay........not enought of a performance gain for the money

thanks yelo, that's what i thought. probably wouldn't need 4.10's if i am putting in a TC. i should have a good enough launch with that. i think the gears in addition would create too much tire spin.
