Now Thats What Im Talkin About!!!

Just like our 4wheelers, The Dealership says follow the manual. Mine found the rev limiter before it got on the trailer...... Salesman didnt like that..
She is still running fine 2500 miles later.

Just did my first oil change a few miles before 100 miles. It had some metal/dust particles in it. I went 1/2 throttle 5 or 6 times before coming home to change it. All I can say is WOW. Half throttle from 50-80 felt like full throttle with the cammed 5.3. RPMs were still just under 3400. On my way to work I'm gonna go WOT a couple of times and post back what it feels like.

I got a street tune from Futral, smells a little rich. I won't take it over 5500 yet, until I go get it dyno-tuned in a couple of weeks.

Punched it at 60mph and it throws you back and takes off like a damn rocket! All of 2nd gear pulls very hard, speedo just flys to 85mph from about 40mph.

Next, I punched it in 3rd at about 70mph. Same results, speedo moves fast to 100mph. 3rd gear is finally nice.

Finally, I tried it at about 20mph. Spun the tires all the way through first and the first part of 2nd. Tried it again at 10mph, took off faster than 5.3 and started loosing traction once it hit about 2800rpms.

My tires have hardly any tread left (Firestone Destinations 255/70/16), so some new tires should compliment the first part of the powerband even more. I can punch it at any speed and just watch the speedo take off.

I figure that I have at least 30 more rwhp left in it after dyno-tuning, putting the ASP Crank pulley back on and opening up the cut-outs. I'm still running cats and full exhaust. The cam just sounds awesome! I was scared that the extra cubes would mellow the cam out too much. It sounds perfect.
