Default 370 vs 398 build?

I have an 01 silverado 2500 i got a 6.0 block should I do a 370 or I was thinking the 3.900 stroke x 4.030 bore combo for fun with je pistons and 6.125 rods wich would you do? I'm gonna keep it on pump gas and use it as a daily driver/tow rig with off-road use

Is there a power goal in mind or just a budget you are sticking within?

Why not a square 402? 4.0" bore x 4.0" stroke?
