Default Which 34" radiator?

Yes I did a search.

Can I use any 34" radiator from an automatic transmission truck?

Or does it need to be from a 1500?

If I get a 2500 radiator, will the 1500 trans lines plug right in? And can I just plug up the oil lines and not use them?

Thanks.

All of the 34" radiators are the same AFAIK.

Thanks. I'm trying to go with a used OEM one, so that's good to know.

I know that the fan shrouds are different from 1500 to 2500, but I'm almost 100% sure that the radiator itself is the same.

AFAIK, the only difference is the oil cooler lines, which you can easily plug off

Alright thanks; I just wanted to make sure it was safe to plug up the oil cooler lines in the radiator.

I do still have the oil cooler lines from my 6.0 swap. Has anyone actually used them on a 1500? Or are they only good for trucks that tow a lot of weight?

if yer asking if a tranny cooler is good or not.. i think an aftermarket tranny cooler should be a must even for a 100% stock truck towing or not.

I have the engine oil cooler lines on my truck. Not really necessary, but I figured a little extra cooling and oil capacity won't hurt either.
