Exactly what my truck did...Thats why I ended up with the Caltracs and ET Streets.. Still had to lower pressure to about 20psi to hook but when it did hook, oh boy!

play with the tune some to see if converter will tighten up

what size is it now?

how do you tighten a converter with the tune? just de-tune it? I have one that is WAY loose.

Haha nice! As a curiosity, assuming we have the same diffs, 14 bolts 9.5 inch) how the factory carrier held up? Im curious is if its alteast stronger then the g80 lol

9.5" will definitely be loose. I have a 10.5" 3400 in my truck and it can be annoying for daily driving. As for performance, I love it.

Ask your tooner, I typically do that for all 4000+

I am my own toner now days and I don't know lol. I toon with a MSD ignition box, TCI TCU and FJO controller.

Its holding up thus far but it will soon be getting an upgraded Pyle Bros. rear end. Thinking full floating and 4.33 gear. I just dont think the 4.11 is enough to fool with since I already have the 3.73 in it now.
