Default 2018 Sierra 6.2 Cam or Nitrous?!?!

SO, I've been thinking and at a little cross roads and could use so input. Should I do cam or nitrous first (I will give details in a moment)? The truck currently has Stainless Works long tubes with cats and X pipe with true dual 3" exhaust, AFE Momentum CAI, and dyno tuned to about 410RWHP. I do know it will need to be re tuned and don't want to covert to E85, it's not cheaper here and closest one is about 50 miles away.

Cam wise, I was looking at Frankenstein heads and custom grind cam

Yank torque converter

underdrive pully

Nitrous wise, Nitrous express kit for the 6.2

I'm I missing anything or/and suggestions?

You should look into a controllable bottle warmer and a remote bottle opener(depending on your cab configuration and mounting position) as well. The nitrous presure sensor for that controller and definitely a wideband A/F gauge, and maybe even one step colder spark plugs too would be on my list if you pull the trigger on the nitrous. Nitrous is fun. If you havent already, check around local to you on the cost of filling bottles. It adds up over time. I was going through a bottle a week when i first put it on my old truck but eventually backed off to about every 2-3 weeks on average.

I was thinking/hoping under the back seat. I've seen other trucks like that and wanted to keep it as low key as possible. Even shoot the purge under the truck and defuse it as much as I can.
I did talk to Nitrous Express and asked about the bottle warmer and living in southern California they recommended just saving the money. But I dont have experience in N02.
I know the truck needs to be retuned but just curious, if I started out with a 100 shot and later bumped up a little (150) would it need to be retuned again?

Cam and torque converter will make a drastic difference. I feel like heads, arp bolts and pulley is a waste of money for your project.

Well wasting money is never good but why do you think that? And I guess depends on your version on wasting money too.
I feel like those parts won't hurt me and if I'm going to take the top end off now, just spend the money vs wishing I did it later and if I do nitrous and possibly procharger in the future I figure just spend the money now instead of spending more later.

Consider the latest LS vs. Coyote in Super Chevy (I think), they used factory GM head bolts on their build and then threw boost at it. They used ARP for the bottom end but stock for the heads.

Because it sounds like you are looking for a little more power, nothing crazy. A cam and converter would do that every time you drive the truck with no additional bs. If you have $1500 to burn and want the heads, right on brother and send yours to them to port. Id say with 410 wheel, a good NA cam would give you ~25 more wheel and the converter will make it quicker. those two mods would be sweet and very noticeable. If after that, you still want heads, do it up. Keep in mind the labor costs associated with both mods, trans removal and cam swap takes HOURS.

For me maybe because I have the blower and otherwise bone stock I would do nitrous. I putt around most of the time and even loaded at 6000 lbs. have so much torque acceleration in traffic is easy. I would love a cam and heads but nitrous would definitely be the most productive seeing I am not in the throttle over 20-35% most of the time. I mean really...how much of your driving is hammer time. Torque to weight ratio. I'm heavy but. I know it's not apples to apples and just my .02. Either way enjoy
