Default 2004 buick rainier

need some help here. i got the 5.3 rainier and did cold air box, custom exh, and had the trans rebuilt and a trans go shift kit put in. the truck has 14000 miles on it. i want to do the computer now. i would like to be able to have a solid 14 sec. truck. the truck tips the scales at 4700lbs. but it is full time all wheel drive. is this possable with those mods? and do i pull all the t.m. out off the pcm? the trans was done right, i'm not afraid of that. i would really like some thoughts. not that these things work 100%, but stock on the g-tech it ran 14.9@96.4 and about 34 degrees out.

Its an all aluminum 5.3 with AWD (I think its higher output then the truck 5.3) A 14.9 is not hard to believe.

Welcome to the site. It is addivctive, youve been warned. \

As for the computer. I dont know of anyone that makes a hand held tunner for it so you kinda have to go with a custom tune. Any one of our sponsors can help you with that.

I think that a high stall would be a great mod for that heavy truck. If your not going to tow something in the 3000 range. Could be worth 1/2 second.
