ohhh im quite sure. he showed me the orderform from the online site his parents bought it from. and then the dyno sheet. 505 at the crank. and the sad part is he has a posi track rear end. kid just cant drive. before this motor he had a 5.3 with around 500hp. but that thing was as built up as he could get it, so he just asked his parents for a 7 liter. spoiled little bitch

I used to have a 2000 sierra with a 4.3 and I got some shorty gibson headers, a gibson cat-back, volant air intake and a jet chip and it really made a huge difference at wot it would chirp the tires at the 1-2 shift. of course you should just get a dyno tune instead of the chip but it is a cheap alternative if funds are low. i got all the parts from stylinconcepts who happens to be a sponsor on the right.

he has 2WD but he has a super advanced traction control system on it and drag radials. plus he has super shitty reaction times to the tree.

Curious. Where was it sent to have the swap done?

2wd Crew cab or something? My cam'd 5.3 ECSB can do low 14"s and only has about 320+- HP at the wheels.
Sounds like his dyno sheet is bogus. Probably a Vortec Max. 6.0

as far as your funds vs mods go. Your going to dump thousands into that 4.3 to get the same HP as a bolt on v8. You could do an engine/Harness swap first and then start saving for a new transmission when that one blows up a few months later.
