Default '13 sierra ext cab, dd, heads and cam l92

Ok, have a 13 Extd cab sierra 4x4, cai, 4.10s, 6l80e (lil over 100k on it) truckhad 40k on it when I got it, my dd, pipeline work so I'm nation wide, at 240k I had a 6.2 built, stock bottom end, jpi cylinder heads (check his fb, great guy) heads, 2.02intk/1.55exh... .660 dual springs, hardened pushrods, trunion upgrade, basically all upgraded BTR parts on top end...speed engineering headers no cats and full 3in side exit exhaust. My questions are about my throttle body, injectors, cam & my tranny. I drive this truck daily, some times literally across the country..just took a 8hr round trip today to have my tune looked at, had it built for this, runs great but I just feel it's lacking a bit...went with a btr stage 2 truck cam mainly because it's my dd and didn't want to fool with a converter, it still needs a better than stock converter to me..lol..im about to have a transmission built, what size converter, just a few hundred rpm above stock I’m guessing ? I have stock injectors for a l92(31lbs) should I had went with l9h flex fuel injectors (42lbs)? Do I need a bigger throttle body? Im also questioning my cam selection..lol..I’m thinking when I do the tranny, go with the 42lb injectors for sure, but at what point will the stock throttle body not be enough? And then again maybe the converter will make all the difference….Any input would be appreciated

Definitely put the L9H injectors in it. 12609749 217-3410

I'm not a fan of those camshafts. I have read reviews and talked to folks with 6.2s who daily and tow with the basic Gwatney VVT camsahfts.

If it’s the stock 6.2 throttle body it’s fine.
Flex fuel injectors will give you more room to grow but stock 6.2 injectors will be fine if you’re just running a mild cam.
Converter depends on if you’re gonna be towing. If you are, look for one around 2500… I don’t remember who makes them but just google high stall towing converter. If you don’t tow, 3k or more you’ll probably like but you’ll want to install a big tranny cooler.

As far as the cam, I think the BTR truck Norris is better in every way than the one you chose but only you will know if it’s worth it to you to change it out again.

Stick with stock throttle body.
