I am VERY VERY happy with 500hp. 1200hp is like having a horse **** anyway. What the hell you gonna do with that kind of power on the street? It's obvious your packing and the only thing you can screw is large farm animals (disclaimer;no offense to people who regulary screw farm animals cough goats cough)

the hp is possiable but no on any stock gm parts..

Im not sure on the trucks but most of you LS1 camaro vettes start have issues abd eventulley come appart aroud 650 crank hp. Of couse there are the one that do live.

to build a 6.0l motor to make 12000 crank hp and live would take probably $35,000. There is SO much that has to be taken into consideration, computer, fuel system, injectors, pumps, pistons, rods, crank, the list never stops.

Ive spent close $30K in my supra and it makes 1300ish crank hp and i cheated. I started with a motor ment for boost!

The only way he could have a 1200 crank anything is if he had a D max, with twin cpu, a larger turbo, stacked programmers and $5k trans... then that would tq numbers anyway. Two months ago in diesel power they built a D max. Final number where 650whp, and 13/1400 lbt ( cant remember which) the total bill was like $17K. and thats on a diesel.

1200 hp has been done on a stock crank before. the stock 6.0 block will also hold 1200 with no problems. you wont need 35k to make 1200 hp with a lsx motor. 15k can get it done if doing work yourself!!! also stock computer can handle the duty of 1200hp.

So are you saying the stock computer can handle the fueling needs of a 1200hp motor too? I believe you would need a injector driver or a stand alone.
