A lot of work. We have pretty much the same truck. You have the L33 too. With stock body parts, cam and tune, borla catback I ran 15.05....

you will need to do some serious lightening, tire size reduction, gear change, high stalling converter, head work or new heads etc. It's not going to be easy, there are only a few NA ECSB's running 13's on this site

 

So would it be possible to get into the 13's if I was to keep the heads stock, or is that going to be a must? And also how big of a cam will I have to get with that big stall converter you all suggested?

 

Well I'd put money on it if u get a smallish cam keep driveability up and torque (it's a heavy truck with small cubes) 4000 stall with the new trickflow 205 heads u shoud probinly be in 13.5 area
