Having code P0332 present will automatically retard the timing to it's maximum amount under enough load. Generally that is 8 degrees of knock and pile on a faulty o2 sensor and random misfire it's seems likely that you'll be getting some issues.

Inspect and replace the knock sensors/harness, see if the codes go away. If not you can disabled the 2 knock sensor codes and it will stop pulling timing but the sensors will still work at normal. It's a somewhat common thing I see.

Can anyone give suggestions as to why it is knocking?

Both the fuel pump and fuel filter responses are the only ones addressing the knock issue.

My buddies 04 6 liter truck was doing this too... all fuels would knock, and nothing really helped. The truck was throwing knock sensor codes which he did but it didn't help the issue. I ended up logging the truck and his MAF was reading really low compared to what I expected to see. I swapped a MAF off of one of my other trucks and all the pinging went away along with his MAF versus rpm coming back up to normal. It never tossed a mass air code as the thing wasnt reading out of range... just not nearly high enough. Something else to eliminate along the way.

On that note, unplugging the MAF to rule it out could help too. It'll still run but in open loop and probably a bit richer.

Log the bank 1 and bank 2 O2 voltages. If it is knocking from fuel (lean), it will show up there.
