Default Runnin Rich all of a sudden.... help..... i think??

Hey guys.
I had my VE and Boost VE tables dialed in, so i decided to enable DFCO to try and save a ounce of gas... well i drove it for a couple days before i had to leave for work out of state..
Gone 2 weeks, Come back and fire her up. Check the oil and trans fluid, i wanted to start playin with my spark tables in boost and vacuum. So first i record a log and i notice its bogging or something.
Look at the laptop and see that its pullin 8* of timing from KR...
checked the AFR and idling its at 14.7ish.
But once the throttle is craked open the goes really rich... 12-13afr.
In boost its 9-10. i had it dialed in to 14.7 in vaccum and 11.2 in boost.

So first thing i did was check the Fuel Pressure, it was 51 idling and 59 with the Vacuum hose off the FPR. That doesnt seem to be the problem.
So i talked to dcJustin and he thought my Wideband 02 was gettin sluggish.. so i got another one from Auto Zone and calibrated it before i put it in.

But its still doin the same thing...

Sometimes it pulls great in boost.. then sometimes it pulls timing and is a dog.
ive tried to adjust my VE tables but that doesnt help.
And just driving normal it will all of a sudden have alot of KR and loose alot of power.

What do yall think my problem is???
Im gettin sick of this stuff.
Sometimes it runs good then get on it a few seconds later and its pathetic..

after sitting still for two weeks, lets start with a fresh tank of gas and get the octane level back up to normal.
