Default 0-60 times after Proflash installation!

Well after my 150 mile road trip and letting the ECM adjust for the Proflash program, I did two 0-60 runs tonight after work. Now, before I put the big wheel and tires on, my truck would do 0-60 in about 6.0-6.10 seconds, with the 0-40 times being 3.0-3.1.. The bigger tires slowed me down to the 6.4-6.5 range with the 0-40 times being 3.3-3.4, this is with the HPP 93 tuning, +3 1-2 shift point and firm shift setting. Tonight my truck did the two 0-40 and 0-60 runs in 3.13 & 6.22 and 3.16 & 6.26.. This is with the tow/rv tuning, +5% ping control, tow/rv shift points and hi-performance trans shifts. I'm quite pleased with the SPE proflash now, the shifts have firmed up from the initial install and the truck drives around town much better, less gas to get around. So far, so good!

That is awesome! HPP3 needs a serious updating as they are getting pretty low power and feature wise with all these new programmers coming out now.

Now get thos 4.10:1's in there and post up a 5.7-5.9 sec 0-60!

Can you uninstall the SPE's programming and stuff if you go to sell your truck ever? That is the only reason I don't like the Predator...it is stuck to the truck.

I don't know if I can sell the Proflash or not, it does memorize the VIN but it also lets you put the truck back to stock if you take it in to the dealer so I don't know and truthfully didn't think about it. I'm still thinking about the 4.10's but don't know, it would be about $800-900 to buy and get them installed. Although, the mechanic I used had the owner close up shop and now he's out of work. He called the other day wanting to know if I needed any work done on our cars. The guys around here want $500-600 to install and set up the gears, maybe he's do it for much less since he needs the money. Humm :p
