Truck is set to shift 6400 on the 1-2 and 6600 on the 2-3
gotcha, ok your tires are way taller than mine anyway, didn't lok that tall in the photo... so yours may have similar feel to mine with 3.73 and my 275/45/20, although I'm sure my factory 20's must be way heavier.

I wouldn't have removed the overload leaf though, don't you get any hop and/or spring wrap without it? I left mine in and even clamped the front.

just curious, when you launch in 4i, does it let you switch out on the fly to 2hi after first shift? I know some trucks do, unfortunately not mine. Or is yours floor shift not autotrac?

what do you mean by “soon the tires on the shift“?

I'm jealous, wish mine would shift out, but under power no dice.

I had caltracs for a flip kit, but sold them just recently since mine is working great as is.

It's a reg cab shortbed 4wd lowered 4.5/7 with a bunch of suspension mods, with an LQ9 w/ katech rod bolts, p&p heads and comp xr281 cam, bolt ons, etc, PI 3600 stall, ratchet shifter conversion, etc, etc...
depending on a few other projects I have going on, next summer I want to 4-link it with coilover conversion, and bigger cube motor & 80e swap... but we'll see. Might just end up in the meantime just swapping to even bigger heads/cam and 4k stall like you're doing here.

Damn 340hp I wonder if I'll make that with a Cammed 6.0..

Did spring clamps really help that much? I feel like I should save my $ and not buy caltracs

U should make 340 on a cam only 6.0 no problem.. and caltracs are used to have better traction.
