Default why is my fti 3200 stall only stalling to 2800? Vids!!

hey everyone..i got my fti3200 stall converter installed 3 days ago and so far no major issues..really gets up and going now..only issue i have is that when i brake stall it or just go wot from a dead stop it only stalls to 2800..now i noticed when im moving if i flash the stall it will go up to 2800 but once i put it in tow/haul mode which is set to sport mode my black bear it will flash to 3200...but even in tow/haul mode it will not stall to 3200 from a stop...i am still waiting on the s retune from blackbear for the stall..so is it possible that the tune can fix this issue?
i know you cannot tune for the stall speed but i was told that the stock tunes will pull timing when they feel that the tranny is "slipping" alot which would lower the power
any thoughts?

my fti 4600 stalls 6,000 you wont be able to see the true stall rating of your converter without a trans-brake. your foot brake wont hold the power before it brakes traction.

Torque converter stall ratings are at best an estimate based on some arbitrary torque input. There is no standardization of the ratings between different companies.

You need to make more power. You can have them loosen the converter up if you send it back.
