Default wheel question

Anyone know if 16s will work on the rear of 2005s? I know the front won't but I am not sure about the rear.

I think the drums out back are 15" in diameter, so a 16" rim may not fit on the back either

yeah, I don't think they will either. It would be nice though since I want to get some cheap wheels for the track.

If anyone knows for sure let me know.

Are the spares on the new ones 17" also? I ask because the steel rims are so much thinner than alumunim they will often clear things aluminum won't.
