Default What cam for a lifted truck?

So I need some more torque down low, what are some cam specs I should thinka bout throwing in my 2007 5.3 that has 38" tires on it right now to get some low end torque?
My truck RARELY sees above 4500rpms so I dont really care if it takes alot of the top.

I do already have 4.88 gears so no need to suggest that to get more torque.

Just want specs and brand of cam I should look into

Thanks

I'd say something like the cam in my sig (206/212), at most 212/218 or 210/218...maybe a mild 2600 verter also

Check out this one. You'll wanna have this custom ground on a 114* LSA, however.......................

Hmmm, that's even milder than mine lol. Those specs are just a touch bigger than stock with a wider LSA, wouldn't be worth the coin IMO.
