i havnt gone roll pan yet but ive definitley been debating it, only downside is that id have to buy the other style hitch when i do put it back on and with the amount of accidents around here if i get smacked theres no doubt its taking out bedsides. seats are a need be for sure since mine have seen better days. radio and speakers are staying. btw ferocity do you know of any steering wheels that look good with our doofy looking columns? airbags are out as for mirrors i didnt even think of that. as for going short bed ill pass lol always loved rclb's. and if i had access to a plasma i think id probably end up going a little overbored lol. whatd ya end up cutting out though?

Cut the front boxed part off the frame and left just the bumper mounts. Front crossmember under the core support, 3 crossmembers under the bed, unbolted crossmember under the motor, ive already got one of my transmission crossmembers made out of light .083 tubing. cut the exhaust and a bunch of small tabs on frame. Along with all the evap bullshit and gas tank.
