weight difference

between the 4l80e & the 4l65/60e whats the difference between them if anybody knows as far as weight & dimension...puttin a lq4 in a 86 toyota mini-truck & tryin to find out how much of the floor pan will have to be cut thanks guys

Im going to say it is about 80# difference and the 4l80e is shorter by a inch or 2

the 60 gets a little more narrow toward the tail shaft than a 80. If I remember I ca try and post a pic of a 80 beside a 60. I will not be until monday before I can do so, Im staying at my Moms for the weekrnd getting the truck ready.

no big deal just tryin to get a round about answer i know either way the floor is getting cut just curious on how much it was going to be...and honestly i was more concerned with the weight difference between the two thanks for the help!

He's actually pretty damned close with that 80lb guess.
