Looks like the 40K won't fit between the bumper mounts.

I'm running out of options with this cooler.

 

im running mine between the condenser and intercooler. 4" IC. i did cut i bit of the front bumper edge to fit it nicely.. ill see if i can take pics this weekend.
but its similar to this but different ic. im also running a 06-07 grill and hood instead of the stock 04 grill hood.

 

Ahh I see. My intercooler mounts directly up to the A-frame now. I would have to redo all of my cold piping if i were to move the intercooler forward off of the A-frame a few inches. I think I'm going to have to ditch the 40K and try a cooler that will fit in between the bumper mounts. I just don't think it will stay cool enough without the fans pulling air through it all the time but I'll have to try it out.

 

im running the same IC blacky04 but with a trucool. like i said i did trim a bit of the bumper edge. it gets covered by my grill anyways.
looks like he is running a b&M trans cooler or something similar. post #93
