Default Turbo Guys with TruCool 40K Coolers and A/C...

Where is everyone putting there 40K coolers when running a big intercooler up front. Right now I have the A/C system taken out of my truck so I have plenty of room in between the intercooler and radiator. I'm in the process of putting the condensor back in place and I seem to find a reasonable place to mount my trans cooler now. I don't want to have to put the cooler in front of the intercooler. Any ideas or pics of how your set up is mounted would be a big help. Thanks :cheer:

I have mine between the intercooler and condenser, don't have any pics handy, might be able to get some tomorrow at work. I didn't have any major issues though. I have the cooler that comes with the kb kit and an hd front end on an 06.

Has anyone ever tried to use a duramax intercooler? I've often wondered about this and never see it mentioned

that's a good question. if they can handle the higher boost from the diesel i would think it could handle the lower boost pressures of the gassers. am i wrong on this thinking? this could end up being a low cost option for those that want a completely factory looking front/grill area

I don't see how you guys are getting your coolers in between the condenser and intercooler..? Anyone have pics of it?

My condenser sits right up against the back of the a frame and my so does my intercooler on the opposite side. So there isn't any room to do that in my truck. I'm going to put it below my IC in the bumper and see how it does. It sucks it won't get any airflow from the efans but I'll have to try it out.
