83%, My 2-3 shift occurs at about 85 mph shift extension is 5000 rpm, and it stays at that rpm basically until the converter locks at 98 mph every stinking time. I have al my lockup tables at unrealistic numbers at high throttle....I pmed ross over at efi, maybe he can enlighten me as to whats going on.
