Default TrueTrac operation with ABS/4WD

Has anyone with a truetrac or valutrac had any issues with their ABS freaking out or kicking in auto 4X4 unexpectedly? I have had a spider gear-less lunchbox locker and it freaked out both. Any input would be appreciated

Stock everything. Just put the locker in it and drove it in auto 4x4 in the rain. Going around a corner it tried to do a power slide at about 20% throttle and continued trying after I let off the gas. The problem is that the ABS/4WD sensor is in the tailhousing of the T case and the lack of standard spider gears throws off the rear driveshaft RPM around corners in relation to the front. I don't want to run a helix style posi if it's gonna cause the thing to spaz again but I'm not a big fan of clutch style posis either. The rip off of a detroit locker called the Grizzly claims to be ABS compatible but I really don't see how

Mine works just fine all year long. 2WD, 4x4, snow, ice, extreme cold, etc. ABS works perfectly as well.

In fact, several trucks up here have the Detroit Tru-Trak without any problems.

I've also ran the Eaton LSD, and I think I liked it better. It was friendlier in parking lot maneuvers.

Given the choice, I'd prefer the "more locked" posi over one that slips a lot. I had a lunchbox locker in my Jeep and never noticed it was back there but it had like 2/3 the power and 2/3 the weight not to mention my truck has so much idle torque, the locker would lock backing out of a parking spot. I definately don't want another locker but it sounds like a truetrac or valuetrac might be just what I need
