No, replace the transmission temperature sensor. You could have a bad wire between the sensor and ECM though.

I'll replace the Internal harness with temp sensor and go from there. Hopefully I don't have to change all solenoids.

I think the harness comes with two solenoids wired up already.

If its doing it with several different transmissions Id say you damaged your harness when the first bell housing broke. Inspect the harness for a pinched or damaged wire. Fluid inside the harness will sometimes cause some weird **** too. I would get under it and ohm your circuits to see what's affected and go from there before I spent another dime. Most likely you were pulling transmissions that weren't hurt.

Has the pump been replaced since the first incident?

Another thing Id consider is putting a manual temp gauge in the cooler line somewhere to rule out an electrical issue there.

He's got a manual gauge on it.

I got my AEM Gauge hooked up to the pressure port on the Trans to read the temps
But the weird thing is that at some points when it shows hot It's only ~160-170F,

How did the bell housing break? 80E don't have seperate bell housing like the 60E
