Hey, what I do know has been purely by accident and definately not by my own personal endevors....That's for damn sure!

I did have a Th350 and a 2400 stall in my 71 nova when I first got it going. That is just because I got a used trans and stall for $250 and was a hell of a lot cheaper than a muncie 4 speed and clutch set up on a $4.75/hr budget. The slushbox only lived for 1-2 months. Then it wasfor me!

I don't care if you go faster for less money and break less parts....I'm having waaay more fun.

You add up how long it would have taken to come up with an extra $5-600 @ 4.75/hr. But, iI'm not too proud to admit to my mistakes. It makes you a more well rounded person. Well that......and beer!literally.

If it's only happeniong on one side it's running out, spinning eliptically not true to the rotaing assembly. Antiseize may help in the short term but there must be a real issue causing this. Can you see anything on the mating parts being chewed up by the converter snout??

Yes the crank is ruffed up but not as bad as the snout. Chuck recommends to check the size of the snout and size of the crank to see the difference.
