Default Tranny guys check this out

This is what my torque converter looked like when I pulled it yesterday.
All bolts were tight and it was a new converter and eagle crank.
Any ideas why it would be boogered up like this...thanks

Yeah, everything was normal, bolts tight etc. The converter was kind of stuck in the crank and had to be wigled out.

All good, the only thing I found out of the ordinary was this and the inside of the crank. What did you do when reinstalled ...smooth everything and put it back together?

A file should take care of the material on there. It kinda look like it might have gaulded during initial install. Performance converters have a tighter tollerance with the crank flange than stock. I'd just put some grease or anti-sieze on it.
