Default suspension, shock ratios, traction bars

just ordered some new suspension components since i cant get my turdbox to hook. last time out at the track the only change i made was getting comp engineering drag shocks and setting them on the 70/30 setting, truck 60ft'd a little worse than previous times but did manage to drop 3 tenths.

as of yesterday i ordered the front drag shocks and today i placed the order for my srd assasin bars. my question is though i know i will want the front to unload as much as possible(90/10) but now with the traction bars the *** end will probably lift/plant rather than squat. so with that being said would i want to run the 50/50 with traction bars preloaded? also what notches should i use in the traction bars?

sorry for the questions but this is my first time setting up suspension to go fast rather than offroad and am trying to take in as much information as i can and to hit my goals which are damn near met

thanks in advance

t.j.

If its those skinny silver drag shocks they friggin suck. They might work on a 2000lb fox body, buy not a 5000lb truck. Get some big ranchos or other adjustables.

Stock worn out shocks in front, air shocks in back, assassin bars with all the angle I could get, quite a bit of preload. Cut a 1.59 60" in an ext cab truck

trying to 50 50 to start out with. If the tires unload then try 7030

Soft enough to let the weight transfer but stiff enough so the suspension doesnt bottom out and unload the tires.
