Stall Question?
#1
I read on hear some where that a stall will help you make torque. Just wondering how? What size stall would be good for either a 216/220 or a 212/218 cam, that I'm eventually going to do. What would you do first, cam or stall? Thanks

Its good to do them both at the same time... but if i had to choose probably do the cam first so you know basically where it makes the most power and than get a stall that is high enough to launch you at a good spot in your powerband..
as far as it helping you make torque... maybe it'll help you start off at a higher rpm, thus you'll launch at a better rpm where u make more torque... or it'll flash between shifts at a place where you make more torque.. but i do not beleive it actually MAKES more torque for you.
