Default stall converter

i have a 2006 cc with a 4l60e and curious what is the easiest way to swap converters out?? do you have to drop the tranny all the way or can you just slide the tranny back?? thanks for any pointers

i think you can just slide it back if but it is a tight fit. i always drop it down.

When I did mine we dropped it. If you have access to a lift it'll be really easy, it sucked dropping my trans out of my lowered truck.
