Default SPEC clutch

i just got my new stage 2 clutch from texas speed.

this clutch ROCKS! the response is very crisp and the leg power required is no more than the stock one. now i realize that all new clutches will grab hard at first but you can really feel the difference with this one.

ntm, the customer service i got there was awesome. brian was always willing to answer my questions (there were many) and ask someone when he wasn't 100% sure. they will definately keep my business

Glad to hear that you had a really good experience with them. Good customer service is getting more and more rare.
I had a spec in my camaro and loved it too, it was a very good quality clutch!

SPEC seems to have a good reputation with the F-Body crowd as well. They seem to make good products, and stand behind them. Good to hear.

just asked brian for the clutch for the nv3500. he asked if i wanted stage 1,2, or 3. i went with 2 to have room to grow with my mods. the stage 3 is way to radical for that trans. pop the clutch once and you'll need a dustpan for your gear assy

Oh i almost forgot. it will come with a pilot and thowout bearing. you cant use the throwout it's not the right one. unless the oem tob is totally wasted and/or really really rusty inside, just use it.

Did they tell you that the TOB wouldn't work? What is the point in paying for one that won't work?
