Default ring and pinion advice/ have a t56

man i got a 2000 with a 5.3 with whipple 9 pounds with gt2-3 cam+ some spray, with t56 transmission but still got 3.42 gears in back and need some advice. getting truetrac, but want to know what ring pinion size would be the best for 1/4 mile, this is not my daily driver so can be agressive but do drive on street every weekend. any help is good help richmond, motive, yukon what would be the best, also looking for a god girdle. oh this thing still has rotors in rear, and t56 has a performance clutch and has chatter some extra info

What T56 do you have? By that I mean what did it come out of? An F-body or a GTO? The reason I ask is because your rear gear choice should depend on the 1st gear ratio in the trans. With a blower and an f-body T56 I say nothing less than 4.56's.
