Removing stock Z71 rear leaf spring block........
Does anybody know if i remove the block between the leaf and axle if the spring will sit back on the axle with mo modification to anything???? Just looking to level it out some with out buying anything.....

Nice i went out and looked at it and thought why buy 2" drop shackles when it looks like i can remove the stock block and get the same thing and spend no $$$$$$

The part number I have for the 2wd u-bolts is #15002781, hopefully it has been superceded. In any case you will need 4 of them.
Also, when you remove the lift block, go ahead and remove the metal brackets the jounce bumpers are mounted to above the axle. The jounce bumpers will un-bolt from the bracket and you can just remount them directly to the frame, as it’s already drilled for them. This will give you a little more room to keep from bottoming out against them.
