Never heard anything good or bad about them. you will find most of us trust and believe in Finish Line Transmissions-------------------->

Yeah I trust and believe they are expensive.

There is a local guy with a Raptor 4l60e thats selling at a good price and I wanted to know if anyone has an opinion on them.

you can try, but it may cost you more in the end. I firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Quality does have a higher price.

I have no personal experience with the Raptor but I have heard horror stories about their customer services and problems with their trans.

I have first hand experience with FLT and you can't go wrong with them!

Yeah that was my original plan. Going with the level 2 but I saw this one cheap so I figured Id ask.

My trans is slipping pretty bad now so I need something quick.

Go with a Performabuilt or FLT, be done with it.. It is better to save a lil longer and get it right the first time then to try and low ball it only to do it over..
