Sorry ive been busy with work latley. But i found a website that has a breakdown with gm part numbers. I will be replacing the reverse input drum buying a wide band, and also going through the rest of the trans. My question now is, is there a a better reverse input clutch pack i can buy or is stock fine. I assume the reverse input clutches dont see much wear.

I appreciate the quick reply. Is OE clutches also good for the Low Reverse and Overrun. I was planning on BW Hi Energy for the 3-4 and Foward set.

Has anyone used this trans gasket kit?

GM 19300335

I like how is comes with some apply pistons. The dealer told me it comes with every seal for the trans.

The borgwarner frictions is what you want to run there the best imo..if you running the sleeved input drum you will only need the 3/4 bonded piston and the forward

Now are the stock GM frictions Borg warner? I can get stock OE clutch packs cheap. I will be using 8 .067" Borg Warner Hi-Energy Frictions and 7 .095" Steels for the 3-4 Clutch pack and a wide carbon band. The Sonnax Hi-Tech Input Housing did come with a billet Overrun piston to fit over the reinforcement sleeve. So yes just forward and 3-4 piston.

and again thank you for your replys.
