I just install a sonnax kit along with 2 and 4th servo's, shift great. I've never used the transgo stuff so I can't compare. The billet servo's sure were pretty though

Get a $12.00 Vette servo. Just make sure that you properly seat the snap ring that holds it in or you can ruin the case. I bet that is what happened to your trans, Zeke2007.

Yes, I installed the parts myself. It is not a difficult job. The Transgo kit comes with very thorough instructions. Just take your time. Be careful not to lose the check *****.
PM me and I will give you a link to the place I purchased all my parts. When you order your parts, you should probably purchase metal accumulator pistons and a hardened separator plate.
