i understand i just want to do this ONE time lol! sorry i dont know much about tranny's, the output shaft is the one that goes into the crank through the back of the block correct? if so doesnt it have to be changed anyway to fit into the gm crank or are they the same?

i have someone interested in swapping me setups its a T/A tranny, c6 z06 clutch and flywheel.... since the clutch and slave lines need to be long should i just get one from a C5? and i will be making an adjustable rod for the pedal. then i only need brake/clutch pedals. master, and a tune, build a plate for pedals to mount to solidly, modify the tranny crossmember, wire in reverse lights and, lockout. and how much does the driveshaft need to be shortened on a regular cab? if im forgetting ANYTHING please let me know

Fbody trans, clutch, slave and flywheel. Truck master, truck master line, truck xmember, stock lenght 4l60e driveshaft.

truck master...this includes the line. use Z06 slave...

01-02 F-body is the upgraded one as well and probably the new replacement if you order one for a 99-00 if I had to guess.

aight guys after reading this whole darn thing, i have a question about the cross member...is that out of a 2wd or will my 4wd one work...i just didnt know if they were different seeing i got the transfer case and all...
